[qanda]This thread is about the Matshita UJ-850S. Click here to see full specs[/qanda]Hello everyone Can you guide me to find a new firmware for MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-850S??? Any help will be appreciated.
When I try to burn dvd in my Matshita DVD RAM UJ 85 JS i get power calibration error in nero. I also tried with some other tools like Power2Go, but no result, and DVD cannot be burned. While searching some forums I came to know that upgrading the firmware may solve the problem. My firmware version is FYX4. But couldn't find any upgrade for firmware.
Lately, I found some firmware for my dvd ram at http://files.rpc1.org/index.php?ac [...] ory&id=692.
But it says that it is for Acer_stock F100, and I've got a Lenovo 3000Y500 laptop. How should I find the right firmware and how do I install it?? Please specify some tool to flash the DVD RAM and install new firmware.
I'm attaching a snapshot of Nero Info Tool
